TJD - On Armaan Franklin's decision, Jackson-Davis says "he's iffy" and thinks he likely wants to hear more from Mike Woodson before making a decision. "He doesn't want to take a leap of faith... I want to be there to support him."

Jackson-Davis says he's trying to give Armaan Franklin his space: "He needs to make the decision that's best for him. ... I want him here."

I understand that and respect his right to choose where his future goes. But to me, leaving is a greater 'leap of faith' than staying. I can't imagine what else he needs to hear from Coach Woodson.

Franklin may just not think that bringing back 90% of a 12-15 team with a first-year college coach is his best choice.

I’d like to keep Race. Good dude, works hard. But, I think he’s replaceable. If he chooses to go home, it’s a very understandable decision and both sides would be ok.

Yeah it’s just tough because is he going to play the stretch 4? No are we going to put TJD at the 4 and Race at the 5? Probably not. He seems to be the odd man out. But love how hard he plays.

This hurts to say because I really like Race, but we need a stretch 4 in the worst way. I won’t be terribly upset if he decides to move on

I don’t want to lose Race. He is the perfect glue guy and he works harder than anyone on the court!

TJD seems to think brunk will play the 5 and him the 4?

Exactly where I’m at. Love to keep him for many reasons including his awareness and hustle. But he’s replaceable.

Race is the guy i want to keep the least. Want to keep him. But would also enjoy being able to bring 3 transfers in.

TJD at the 5, Brunk backup center with Logan getting a little run. If Brunk doesn’t return I hope Logan is ready for a lot of backup center mins.

I hope Logan spends all summer working on his shot. From all accounts he only plays around the basket and we already have that in TJD

I’m sure it’s going to have to happen but my small mind just can’t see TJD on the perimeter just yet. Maybe for short amounts of time

Doubt it happens, but TJD needs to work at the 4 over the off season. He needs to be able to be a 4-5 swing guy for us. He's certainly not going to have much NBA luck at the 5.
