KYHoosier Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 Curt Cignetti is showing what happens when you hire the right guy at a place like IU. Glad they paid him. Wish they would make another strong move and hire a great college BBall coach bird4par, Ryno6284, thebigweave and 2 others 4 1 Quote

Popular Post LamarCheeks Posted November 16, 2024 Popular Post Posted November 16, 2024 Cigs made an appearance at the IU Dance Marathon today. How great is it to have a coach who just gets it! (Although instead of his "GO IU" chants, he should use the more traditional "Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoosiers!" Living down in SEC country it is cool to where my IU gear and have people stop and ask about the team. It would be nice to have both but If I had to choose one to be a perennial top 10-15 team I would choose the football Hoosiers. cthomas and CSP 2 Quote

Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 25, 2024 Popular Post Posted November 25, 2024 Jared Kelly - Indiana's $11 million assistant salary pool is a MONSTER number. According to a report, Ohio State this season bumped its assistant salary pool to $11.43 million, the highest in the nation. So yeah, there is clear commitment from IU in investing in football. Yep. For all the $$$ we have committed I find his buyout number surprisingly small. Any traditional power/SEC team etc can come with that cash without breaking a sweat. I expected it be at least 27-30mm. go iu bb 1 Quote
