That was some nice looking basketball. Both ends really. MSU played very well and we still mostly controlled. Dumb plays kept to a minimum. Shooting was hot. TJD is something special right now. And has been.

Fun winning basketball games. Build the hype right back up….

I’ll be sick if that kid doesn’t see the 2nd weekend of the tournament. Regardless of the “why”, it would be a shame for that good of a player and the face of the program for 4 years to not get something under his belt from a team standpoint.

MSU has been a tough team for the last 20 years and we just handled them.  Take it and get ready for Minnesota, hopefully we don't have a let down.

Oh, and we hit free throws.  Yes, I typed that correctly, we actually hit free throws.

The good news is that I think the team from the  last three games is capable of that. Anybody that rips off a few 30/15 games in the tourney is bound to be a first round pick. NBA suffers from recency bias as bad as anyone else.

Izzos press conference are always interesting when he loses.    6 games 16 days.  Lol.    IU one of the most physical teams they have played.   Pretty sure he called out Hall for not playing in his own little way.  I don’t  think   Izzo has ever lost a game where the other team was just better.    Walker was sick.   Hard to listen to without laughing at some of the stuff coming out.    The lengths coaches will go to justify losses is comical   That’s not just izzo that’s all over college basketball

He was whining about the 6 games in 16 days before the game even started.  Izzo is the biggest whiner in all of CBB.

The ship seems to have been righted.

Our players look like they're believing in themselves, and having fun playing basketball again.

Back to .500 in conference, 3 game win streak, let's keep this going and not lay an egg against Minnesota.

Lots of winnable games in the near future if we play like we have been lately. 

Also, I love that this happened with Sisley in the house.

Watching an Izzo presser after a loss is one of life’s great pleasures. So glad the rest of you enjoy it too. 
 

Trayce has leveled up. Adding passing/playmaking to his repertoire has put him in superstar status. And… it has nothing to do with him developing an outside shot. The dude is spectacular at what he does. 
 

Outside of the TJD highlight reel game, the Kopp dunk and Bates long 3 off the bad pass were high points. Fun game to watch.
