Popular Post Dalton26 Posted April 9, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 9, 2021 I may be in the minority on this one but I’ve never been a once a Hoosier always a Hoosier when it comes to people leaving. If anyone doesn’t want to be here then ****’em and we’ll find someone who does. I don’t wish anything bad on anyone that leaves but I won’t spend a second caring about how they do either. Good on Armaan. No ill will. Totally fine with him choosing what’s best for him. But the once a hoosier always a hoosier thing? Nah. go iu bb Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 I really wanted him to stay but now that he's gone I'm kind of indifferent about it. It don't wish him ill but I also don't really care if he does well or not. That's pretty much how I look at everyone who transfers out, when they're gone I don't care one way or another how well they do. Jam, Hardwood83 and HoosierHoopster 3 Quote

I agree, unless they leave for the NBA. Players getting drafted is good for the program. FWHoosier84 and Joe_hoopsier 2 Quote

IUc2016 Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Well the strength of last years team was the front court and the weakness the backcourt. The front court is the same and the backcourt will look completely different. That is necessary for this team to get a lot better. I’ll take it. MyDRockHard Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Have to say this one hurts, but I can only be thankful for the time and effort Armaan put in while being here. Last year would have been a lot worse without him. He's made the best decision for HIS career. As fans of the Indiana Hoosiers, we can feel a little hurt that he's chosen to move on, but let's not take it too personal. UVA got a good one. Quote

Popular Post Stuhoo Posted April 9, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 9, 2021 I don't root for many players that transfer away from IU, but I will definitely be a fan of Armaan at UVA. Great kid, excellent player, and a classy program. IUsafety, cleeter, moyemayhem and 8 others 11 Quote

HoosierAloha Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Our back court wasn't a strength last season. We lost our two most productive players/shooters from that back court while adding Xavier Johnson and Parker Stewart and keeping the others that were less productive in that not-so-great back court from last season. Hopefully, it's a net positive, by a lot, but I would have preferred to keep Franklin while adding those other two. Our ceiling would have been much higher. ray, go iu bb, AkronHoosier and 2 others 5 Quote

But I'll keep track of what he's doing. I did the same for Smith. Did the same for Curtis Jones, Devin Davis, Hollowell, Perea, Jurkin, Hoetzel etc. Even Devan Dumes and Nick Williams.
