Hearing some interesting rumblings out of Bloomington...multiple sources indicating that Scott Dolson and Bruce Weber have had conversations about the IU head coaching job. Weber, who has deep Big Ten experience and a track record of success at multiple programs, is apparently on Dolson’s radar as a potential option. While nothing is finalized, and IU may still explore other candidates, the fact that these talks are happening suggests that Dolson is at least seriously considering Weber as a viable choice. Given Weber’s defensive-minded approach and history of developing players, it’s not hard to see why he’d be in the mix. Keep an eye on this one.

;)

Grills….Dolson was on the phone with Ace Hardware asking about Weber grills and pick up/delivery.

Looks good on paper...

Agreed regulation of NIL is a joke - value of NIL is so subjective- easy to say Rice saying two words in a local internet ad for honda is 100k.

Nick Saloman, J Mascis, Elmore James, Bob Mould, Frank Zappa, Jonny Greenwood,  Robert Quine, Freddie King, Roger McGuinn, “Keiff” Richards, Derek Trucks, Tom Verlaine, Thurston Moore, Jeff Beck, Eddie Cochran, and maybe most of all? Magic Sam.

Adding to the list: the greatest guitarist I’ve had the privilege to see live (and I’ve seen a ton)- Phil Keaggy.

Will Scott need to take the mic away from the King today to make sure he doesn’t say something he shouldn’t

I'm really hoping someone gets in Woodsons ear and convinces him to not go out like a jerk after coaching his last game in the Hall.I'm sure he feels like he's been crapped on,even though most would agree he's not earned the right to any more time coaching the team.We can hopefully try to forget these last 4 years of lackluster coaching and just try to remember him for the incredible player he was at IU.

Agreed hopefully some of his buddies talked him into a speech about gratitude.

Last year’s Senior Day speech seemed like it was the beginning of the end for Woodson. He could’ve gone about it a couple of different ways and chose the worst way. There was no turning back after that. Pretty sure, that was the most uncomfortable Senior Day we’ve had.

Not only did it make me turn on the coach even more, it caused me to dislike some of the players I'm supposed to adore.

Senior Day 2024 is when all my feelings toward Woodson and the team felt validated. There was so turning back after that.
