I don't know man, I see next year's roster compared to last year's....we have 8-10 players who might potentially contribute...we had 4 1/2 last season. We won't have to watch 2-4 dudes play 38+ mins a night, then Peter out late in the season. We had 3 players who contributed 0 last season. 0. Enright and Bailey would be the 11th and 12th guys on the current roster, and they started a ton last season. The holes aren't nearly as glaring as they were last year in my opinion.

Well said, and it's been known that there would be minimal/no leaks regarding anything. I'd say they've done pretty well in that regard. May end up with someone we didn't even know was a possibility...

Glad to know there's still sickos out there like me...been refreshing all morning. I think we'll see 3 today, spaced out about 2-3 hours apart. You know, give em each some individual shine

Things I won't miss about this season? Having 4 scholarship players never available (2 injured all season, 2 foreign players who weren't good enough) Having to watch Jasai play Trying to figure out how some of these guys had the numbers they did at previous schools We were really not that far from being 8-24. Imagine if Lamar went elsewhere. LOL. It's too bad, bc I think he could have been an all-timer with some dudes around him. He almost was anyway, best shooter we've had since Blackmon. I haven't posted in quite awhile. I normally get sad or angry when our season is over. For some reason, this year I am thankful.

Haven´t posted in awhile....life Love this pickup, especially for CDD without even coaching a game here yet...sold his system....love it If CDD was here last year, Mullins would be here IMO (dead horse, I know) Football is better than last year, and looks to maintain that High school hoops around the corner, can´t wait!

The only point I was making is that as these players are announcing that they are going into the portal and a list of schools that have shown interest is published, IU has not been listed on any of them. I guess I'm just not used to that. I honestly don't care when we get players signed if they are the right ones. I mean, Woodson was all over every portal announcement, and that got us nowhere, so I agree that I'll need to show some patience.... I was thinking this just last night. I follow a lot of college folk on X, On3 has been busy with portal stuff the past few days. I kept thinking to myself...IU isn't appearing on any lists yet...should I be worried? Of course not, because last year, it appeared we just threw $$$ at the top "ranked" portal targets and appeared on nearly every list. I'm just excited to watch us play hard nosed D and shoot 17-25 3's a game. Hopefully we make a couple haha

I´m kinda glad it´s fairly quiet right now. Seems like every player that went to portal yesterday was a 10-14 ppg, 2-4 reb, 2-4 assist guy at a small school. The one from Wright State intrigues me today....19 ppg big guy

I didn´t have swapping Powell in for Cupps a few years ago....but here we are. If you don´t know, they were high school teammates at Centerville in Ohio. We recruited Powell initially, then left.

Rational thought: it´s been someone new everyday for the past week or more. Today more steam for someone that makes 0 sense from a timing standpoint. I don´t know who it´s going to be, but I have a really difficult time believing SD is going to hire anyone that at least 25% of the fan base would be like WTF? He showed some flex by announcing it was over before it was over. I´d like to think that flex will also be utilized in this search.

When I close this thread out several times a day, I feel like I´m ¨parting ways¨ with the coaching search haha. Brad Stevens Mark Few Greg McD Holden Tudix one of those four will be our next head coach
