Anytime someone puts Dakich in his place or dogs him, I celebrate. I have said this before, but Dakich is the kind of guy that has never ran into the wrong person to mess with and it shows. I cannot stand him, regardless of his ties to IU.

It's a shame he is an IU grad and former player.  He is a terrible person.

I also am not a fan of Dan's.  I just ignore him.

He is like a lot of people in this world with less empathy and more interested in saying everything even if it hurts others.  He is always right.  Whether he is right or wrong.  But he is shrill about it.  And he hovered over his players like a leach.

An "undisclosed" Butler player and his family had a lake cottage across the street from us.  Talking on day, He and his dad told us that Crean was heavily recruiting him.  They said that when he told Crean he was attending Butler, Crean called him every name in the book.  Dad said that his son basically had to hold the phone away from him and just hang up.

I think the entire fanbase is so over this season that we just don’t care anymore. The team sucks and the coach is gone in a month, so the season might as well be over already. If Ballo wants to go hide out at the Upstairs Pub or wherever he ventured off to, who cares. He’s gone in a month too regardless.

I think he just bought into the whole “you have to be an inflammatory ****** talking head to succeed in the media” thing. He was a decent enough coach and actually not a bad color guy when on tv.  
 

Not sure if that makes him a bad person anymore than Screamn A or Skip bayless, but I don’t pay attention to any of them. I’ve always hated musicals and solo performative art. It’s a shame he is associated with IU. IU should do what they can to distance themselves from him. 
 

Speaking of coaching searches, who would want to coach here with that guy lording over your performance everyday on the radio?

Definitely can't do that now because you never know if the player will hit the portal later (of course, shouldn't be calling players names to begin with)
