Saw him three times, including at Wrigley Field last summer -- about two months before he died. Great show. Broke my heart when he passed. Fortunately, he left us a lot of great music! HoosierSadaseci Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I'd think Romeo already had an inclination of what Juwan was going to do. mdn82 1 Quote

Lmao. Yeah. I wondered how long it would be until that conspiracy came up. The "doesn't want to deal with backlash, so he's waiting until his season is over" crowd has to latch onto something else at this point. Quote
8bucks Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I agree. He did nothing that posters on this board haven't done before. That is sharing info from other sites. Let's not be hypocrites.Sent from my SM-G930V using TapatalkWasn't the info he shared obtained via a PM though. Yogi did not post if intentionally and that sort of suggested you treat it a little differently Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Hoosiers96 1 Quote
ViaSwiss Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Alternate Life: Juwan leaves for NBA. Romeo chooses Vandy. We get no grad transfers because we waited for Romeo. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I say we roll first exhibition game starters1. Phinisee2. Romeo3. Damezi 4. Hunter5. Forrester I’m kidding but that lineup would be talented and versatile. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners IUBBFan1970, Stromboli, Iugradman and 3 others 6 Quote

mdn82 Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I'm still nervous. We have 18 days before this is "done." And Morgan even testing the waters is scary. We have 18 days until he announces. I am assuming he signed his papers for this level of information and certainty. That was able to happen this week I believe. If the crystal balls were flipping toward Vanderbilt and Meyer said he was told it was a done deal Romeo was going there, this board would have melted down. No one would be optimistic that Romeo could change his mind. It's funny, because 2 months ago, very few on here had any faith in us getting Romeo! coonhounds, mdn82, thebigweave and 1 other 4 Quote

We are “shaking” in anticipation of a Romeo commit and not “stirred” to any anger or depression. Let us stay in our happy place. I didn’t know where he was even leaning until recently, but it just felt like Indiana. I have said that quite a bit. Others felt other locations because of the lens they were lumping this recruitment into. I get where they were coming from and many good discussions were had from those differing views. Glad that some were able to disagree with me and still discuss it without thinking I kicked their cat.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app VO5 1 Quote

Popular Post HoosierMatty Posted April 12, 2018 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2018 No more saying we are back. It's an embarrassing statement. We didn't go anywhere. Just lacked a real coach and real consistency. CR3AMnCR1MS0N, Btownclouds, Stuhoo and 9 others 12 Quote
