Personally can not wait and I know Old Fart feels the same way to get back to a point to where we are followIng high school recruiting again. This place will be busy in the recruiting threads once again during the offseason which use to be just as fun on this board then it is during the regular season. Lots of things to be excited about moving forward for the program we love. Has always seemed to be much more of a Celtics fan than an IU fan. Anytime someone has mentioned Stevens and IU over the years he seems offended. Almost like someone is trying to poach his wife. Not saying he’s wrong at all just extremely biased. But no I don’t think we’re getting Stevens. SlammySammy, VFury, Chris007 and 2 others 4 1

That Brad Stevens was ever close to becoming the IU coach last time. I beleive Dolson reached out, he had too, but it was never happening. I also don't believe Stevens used IU to get his President of Basketball Ops role. Ainge was always leaving at the end of the season, and Stevens had been earmarked to move to the front office. I was surprised he left the sideline all together, thought it would be more in a Popovich role, but the wheels of Stevens becoming head of bball ops were in play before the IU job opened. Hoosierfan2017 Posted February 11 Posted February 11 “Inside information” makes a forum fun. I have none of my own, so I enjoy reading what others say. But, like anything else, I try to analyze it based on all the information available. The Brad Stevens stuff has never passed the smell test to me. Nor has the Scott Dolson stuff. Doesn’t mean I’m right, it’s just my opinion. Home Jersey, Jeff Flabjohns, cybergates and 2 others 5

During that podcast he basically said that both Pearl and Beard are 'no-way' candidates. So on the Hysterics podcast he was asked "Brad, Dusty, and Mick versus the field?" He answered that Brad, Dusty, or Mick was more likely than the field, though he paused before stating that.. OKHOOSIER, Juwan Moye, VFury and 3 others 5 1
