It’s true. He was basically fired and Dolson offered him a job in the athletic department because he knew it was a mistake but Adam declined

Howard definitely seemed like a huge asset on recruiting trail. Not sure what if any responsibility he had for on the court stuff (none based on title). Dolson offering a job in the athletic department “because he knew it was a mistake” may have been a CYA move to protect from a lawsuit (total speculation). Timing alone suggests it’s a clown show at the moment.

He easily had the best Indiana connections of anyone on staff.
