68Hoosier Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 How does the agent thing work now. Can he come back by the deadline if he does not get an agent. Quote
Hovadipo Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 The transfer portal era's Noah Vonleh. An unbelievably talented player that put up some really good numbers and performances on a team that made the fanbase want to burn down Assembly Hall. Grateful I got to watch him here and I think he has a chance to be a really good pro. OliviaPope40, thebigweave, Class of '66 Old Fart and 4 others 7 Quote

Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 26, 2024 Popular Post Posted March 26, 2024 He proved an awfully lot of people wrong with his play this year. Hope he has very long professional career. CSP, DChoosier, Crimson and Cream and 11 others 14 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 Season underwhelmed. Ware didn't. He was pretty special, really. Another good kid imo, that gave it his best. I personally think 1 more year of getting ready is necessary but he can do that in the NBA or GLeague I suppose also. Just so long as he isn't given up on, by whatever NBA team takes him. He was our highlight reel guy this season. Home Jersey, ebridges24, HoosierHoopster and 2 others 5 Quote

go iu bb Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 Seriously, though, I'm glad he came to IU for the year. As bad as this season was, it would've been way worse without him. He came in and proved a lot of people wrong about him. He also seems like a really great kid. Good luck to him, wish him well. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote

Even though it takes most guys 4-5 years. Quote

These days he can have an agent and still come back. Some “experts” have him as a first rounder so I would guess he is 98% gone. Imagine MM will also enter the draft to at least get feedback from the league but would expect he will be playing college ball (IU or somewhere else) next year, but who knows ? Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 I'll make this the spot where I sit down and enjoy my plate of crow. I preferred Kadin Shedrick to Ware last offseason, and boy was I wrong. Shedrick went on to average 8/3 in 17 mpg for Texas. Ware was a ton of fun to watch. As bad as things seemed, it could've been soooo much worse without him (imagine Sparks as the starting 5 all year). That end of season run was on the back of Ware. Really wish we could've given him some guards/shooters and gotten him to the tournament, but I'll always look back fondly of his short stint here in Bloomington. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 30, 2024 Posted March 30, 2024 Rumors were flying Adam was headed to Michigan. Glad we convinced him to stick around. Guessing some kind of full time position after he graduates this spring. ALASKA HOOSIER, Demo and OliviaPope40 3 Quote

The staff did a very good job with Ware and the kid clearly accepted coaching. Schreckbagger, OliviaPope40, woodenshoemanHoosierfan and 2 others 5 Quote

Need more success at the guard and wing spots though to win in college. Hopefully they see that now. JF87 1 Quote
