McDermott on a 3-4 year contract. If he wants to retire afterwards, give him a nice retirement package. By then the whole Beard situation will be clear and if he’s clean, give him the keys to the program. If not, look to extend McDermott

I agree!  Personally, we as fans can’t afford a what if hire like McCollum.  It has to be a coach who can win now in the B10, if not them then we could be set back another 4 years and this program can’t afford that because too much money and fans will be lost.  We need a guarantee, IMO
