Well an IU win would cap off a great day off from work. Got a little afternoon delight with the wife and now she’s making wings for the family for the game. If IU performs like I did today the game should over in the first 5 minutes

Well I wasn't nervous but as the game got closer the nerves crept in. Regardless of how it goes this season was a heck of a ride, that said hopefully by the end of the night we can utter the least used words in sports "the Indiana Hoosiers are college football national champions".

Pete Thamel - Good news for Indiana. Kick off specialist and long kicker Brendan Franke just hit form 59 yards in warm ups. He hasn’t played since Oct. 25, and he’s been upgraded to probable. He’s been dealing with a groin injury. He leads FBS kickers in touchback percentage.

Holly Rowe's report on Medoza's routine today (lol) Aside from the typical pregame meal, taping, meetings he will: - wake up and watch mass - take a 30-90 minute nap (the sleep scientists at Cal Berkeley taught him this and he really believes in it apparently) - pray rosary on the bus - put contacts in when he gets to stadium - meditate for 10 minutes. On a scale of 1-10, he wants his "activation point" to be about a 6, because that means he will be calm and zen and at his best. Such an awesome young man. I can't wait for this game.

This thread may be the stupidest, most short-sighted idiotic nonsense I’ve seen yet.

The crowd projections are deceptive IMO—the vast majority of Miami fans are going to leave from their home and go directly to the game, whereas IU fans are out and about. The crowd will likely be loud for both teams; don’t think either team will need to go on silent count though. A guess? 50/50, which would be pretty amazing for a road game.

The #3 RB in the class, who already has offers from Alabama, OSU, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, USC, etc is specifically asking for an IU offer. What a time to be alive.

Anecdotal evidence from south Florida people on Rivals is it's roughly 20-1 IU fans to Miami fans in Miami right now. We'll see how that translates to game attendance, but man I love first hand accounts of us taking over a city. Our massive fan base has been waiting so long for a freaking WINNER.
