I know that Freeman is highly coveted by top P4 programs, but unlike others he has not played a minute of D1 ball.

I'd expect Luke Goode (if he gets the waiver) as more likely to start than Miles or Freeman (if Freeman chooses IU).

A starting five of Bailey, Devries, Goode, Wilkerson, and Conerway would be an outside shooting monster.

But that 3-4-5 would be something defensively...and not in a good way.

I don't believe Goode can defend the 3 at this level to the extent that would be necessary with a TDV/Bailey frontline.

I like the way his game looks... better handle than I expected and a has a nice looking shot.  The free throw shooting is a concern, but with his size and rebounding numbers he seems like a good fit for what DeVries is building.

Jasai Miles - North Florida - 2024-25 Transfer Portal Highlights

Between watching this and some other stuff, man, his footwork is all over the place. It's like he's been coached by one of those guys who thinks throwing up a couple of hundred sloppy shots a day constitutes "working on his shooting". Get him a proper shooting coach who can teach him to come to balance and his shooting will improve in no time.

Agreed, now want some Post presence. I'm not sold on Bailey regularly defending Centers in the B1G.

What can I say? I like big bodies, and I can not lie.

What B1G centers are you worried about? I’m all for getting another guy 6’11” or taller but the Big Ten isn’t putting out a bunch of high quality centers to worry about.

Not sure who the best centers will be in the conference next year. Do think Bailey - Jacobsen on Purdue will be a very fun / interesting match up.
