Lebowski Posted October 2, 2025 Posted October 2, 2025 Yesterday I watched the Football in 60 Iowa game on BTN and at the end of the game there was a stat about IUFB starting 5-0 two straight seasons. I think it's the first time is school history or something. It got me thinking about the coach. Curt Cignetti and staff have gone 4 straight seasons starting 5-0 and 6 straight seasons starting 4-0. VPC Posted October 2, 2025 Posted October 2, 2025 I hope (and have some confidence) that Cig and the team are figuring out how to call an audible at the line in loud stadiums. If the offense gets that taken care of, it will really help us at both Oregon and PSU. After nearly 50 years of being a fan, this stuff is fun! southsidehoosier, DChoosier, Pagoda and 4 others 7 Quote

realTomCrean Posted October 9, 2025 Posted October 9, 2025 So essentially if IUFB makes the CFP Coach Cigs grosses $10M/yr. Great compensation considering the allocation of $ to retain top coordinators/position coaches. Though IU is likely 25-40 range in NIL budget, certainly IUFB is top 15 in coaching salaries when adding OC/DC. Demo, Pagoda, MemphisHoosier and 1 other 4 Quote
Popular Post Artie86 Posted October 12, 2025 Popular Post Posted October 12, 2025 I foresee another round of big raises to Coach Cignetti and his crew…. Coach Haines will definitely be a HOT commodity, even more this year. Home Jersey, Henryville Hoosier, kottke and 5 others 8 Quote
Pagoda Posted October 12, 2025 Posted October 12, 2025 I thought we were paying the staff enough after all the big raises last year. Somehow they are justifying even more. Another round of revised contracts/raises makes sense and we’ve got to pump every cent of NIL we can find into this program. J34, Hovadipo and Home Jersey 3 Quote
