I will say there has been very little from Peegs today and I have not seen anything from Rabby since last night... Kind of unusual

Yeah I have not seen Rabby post anything. Peegs made a couple this morning.

Could have been Buckner since he is the Pacers announcer and no one would thought anything about it.

Could be Buck. I honestly thought I heard he met with Brad a few years ago but not sure if they was accurate. St Elmos has a room upstairs that would have been perfect for this. I think the door is between the Bar and the cost check area.

Saw this but lol @ the thought of Brad eating with Dolson at St. Elmo's and no one thinking anything of it.

It was Harry & Izzy's and everyone just thought "No, that can't be him. Brad Stevens would be at St. Elmos."

I don't read that as Dolson being there. I read it as major boosters - which I don't think the average person would recognize.

I think it’s worth noting IU tests people religiously especially in Athletics.  Any IU contacts that could have had met with Brad in Dec would have been fully tested and would have documentation to back it up.  So any meeting in a closed area would not have broken protocol and could have easily shown a history of negative tests.

Yep, I’ll admit I took the bait on Donovan (although I still think he could’ve been our coach if Glass didn’t give him a deadline) but this is way way different.

The thread is moving too fast for me. Haha what did Glass do to lose BD? Glad it seems to be all working out in the end. but just curious

I'm thinking and remembering that the last few coaching hires by IU involved that Indy Law firm that has specialists in the area of vetting and negotiating quietly and behind the scenes. The benefits are obvious.  The AD can say he has not met with the prospective coach.  And the prospective coach may say that he has not met with anyone from the AD's office.

Furthermore, I really do not see boosters meeting with Brad Stevens to discuss these matters. Not prior to any contract being finalized.

Sounds to me like he's starting to come up with his list of reasons it will be a good thing for the team, if say their coach were to leave...

Covering all his bases...The Boston Brass may not be happy with his job as a GM.
