Did it looked like he had been crying? Because if I was him and I just lost Brad “FING” Stevens my face would be puffy as hell from crying so hard.

I just briefly saw him on TV and he had the same stone cold face as always. Not talking to anyone. Just staring ahead.

I'm new to this board. Is this where we come to argue with each other?

Is Calhoun's health still the word for this coaching search?

Yes it is and welcome aboard!

But Stevens to IU does apparently? This is the double standard that has developed on this board lately that has caused division.

Free world, free board, Pearl, Beard, Stevens, May etc etc should all be open for discussion, not just one non candidate

Now they want to ban anyone who didn’t buy in to the Stevens nonsense.

Fair point. Stevens momentum definitely appeared real and dominated action but it seemed May,  Cronin and the D2 guys had some healthy discussions.  Bread, and I wish it weren’t so, has some things in his past that seem non starters for some.

Cronin has had a really good run as well and is one of the top coaches in the sport. Certainly better than our last two coaches by a significant amount.

****, my dog is too.  No reason to talk about my dog though.

I still think we're focusing on the wrong things in this search.  Find the best candidate regardless of Midwest ties.  And eliminate Cronin

Someone please refresh my memory. Why is it that people say we can’t get McCasland?

He'd be a good hire.  I think the fact that he has more of a Texas footprint and not Midwest concerns some people.

I think a loaf of sourdough’s coaching style would get stale after a while.

I did some more digging into McCollum and decided to look at his D2 teams 3 point attempts. In his last 3 title winning teams they averaged at least 25 3s a game and shot around 40% behind the arc. That was honestly my biggest concern with him but if we are guaranteed that volume of attempts from 3 even with the slow pace I would be perfectly happy with him.
