That is pretty obvious. If dolson has it so close to the vest how in the world would jerry y know a month ago dolson had his guy. He didn't it's obvious

Retaining current college players is a terrible reason to hire a coach (see: Mike Davis) but to possibly bring in 1 or 2 HS players is an even worse reason. Especially when that person has the coaching record that would otherwise make a puzzling hire at IU.

Take it for what is worth DD said he talked to someone in college basketball and said that a deal is done. They are just waiting to announce it after season. He didn't say who the coach was going to be but did say it wasn't Brownell. DD said Dr. Ronk is the one pushing for Brownell and he even pushed for him after Sampson was fired.
