B1G as a whole needs to figure it out.  Broken record time.   If all you watch is B1G basketball and then you watch the tourney I feel for those people that only watch that prehistoric product.   Announcers in the FAU/FDU game commented on how drastic the difference was between the Purdue game and then this one.   Snails pace compared to a track meet and that was a conference USA school vs a NEC school.   Hopefully woody and staff are smart enough to see this.    Field of team for March instead of one for the B1G style.    Blows your mind the difference from this league compared to others.  B1G teams are 2 steps slow no matter the other team they are playing.

So Geronimo is probably gone. Couldn’t get off the bench against a team he, at least in theory, is a good match against. Unless he’s hurt?

Even with overcoming the injuries, this ending is so disappointing. Really thought IU could impose their will against Miami inside and got killed on the glass

Bates or JG being a strong 3rd option was a key to the ceiling of our season being raised. To say the least…that didn’t happen.

Well good year.  Could have been better, but could have been a lot worse.  So time to blow it up. Get some young and fresh faces.  Better players.  Better shooters. Better culture.  Guys who hate to loose and are killers.

Not going to see someone with as quick as bounce in sometime. Said it earlier but next years team isn’t going to have luxury of him swatting away everything and bailing his teammates out

Might actually be a step in the right direction. Very few teams have offenses that rely so heavily on post play these days.

We're trying to claw our way back to a level that Crean had us at.

I'm not at all saying we should have kept him, but it's frustrating that it's true this should count as a successful season given our recent history.
