Dan Dakich will say anything to get attention.  That is his job.  And when he comments on losses...he certainly knows a lot about getting those when he coached.  Ignore him and he will go poof.

Dan Dakich sold his soul to Twitter/X and podcasting. You have to be perpetually angry to survive in that industry.

This was great work by Field of 68.  Worth your time.  Not a ton new to us diehards that follow everything but seeing the personalities of Conerway, Bailey, Wilkerson, Connor, and Tucker was worth it by itself.

Also of note, Wilkerson putting up 850/1000 on the counter from 3 and being like 97% from FT is the news I need after the Leal/Galloway shooting experience from SG.

Now only if we had Wilkerson on last years team and only played 2 of Ballo, Reneau, Mgbako at a time with a coach like DeVries we might have had something special.

Couldn’t tell exactly but it looked like Wilkerson made 5 wing 3’s in a row as they were asking DDV the 1st question. Does this old heart good.

Loving listening to this. How many times has USPS said through the years, “Just hire a professional college basketball coach and the guy WILL succeed here.” Whenever you listen to DDV he’s just a straight up, no frills guy with a vision. Kind of feels like a Rick Barnes sort of you-ain’t-ever-losing-‘cause-of-coaching situation and with the available resources here that has a chance to be consistently really good. Very happy.

There will be an intrasquad scrimmage at AH to supplement the Kirkwood event.   7 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 3.

I'm glad this gives folks a chance to get into AH.

Thanks for posting. This covers all bases for me. The scrimmage is on Friday night in the Hall and its open to the public. That's kind of like the old midnight madness event when it was just a scrimmage. Now they've moved to a new college event on campus, but the scrimmage in the Hall is part of it.

Nice -- all good

Not sure why this wasn’t announced with the Kirkwood event. Sounds like everyone wins. Good deal.
