That's if they fire him.

The buyout he pays to the school if he leaves is only 20% of the remaining contract (as opposed to 50% to him for getting fired) which comes out to $3.3M.

I wish it was $8M if he left. I still think $3.3M is too much to pay for him but I could see IU doing that.

Maybe. My experience is only one experience. Maybe IU is doing this, and you definitely have more insight into how IU specially operates (i mean that genuinely). 

Seems like an utter waste of unnecessary time, though. Not sure why people that don't know anything anyways would need to be coordinated to drip misinformation to donors. Just seems silly.

You have posted 14 times and at least half of those are complaining that you aren’t getting any good info. At some point it becomes an Atombaum problem, not a BTB problem.

That may be true.  But take the ND game out for obvious reasons, is it that unusual or are we just more attuned trying to read tea leaves?  I just don’t see why him watching college games means anything other than he’s prepping for the draft.
