Yaeh, during some of the IU transfer stuff, he would pop in and chat with us about what he was hearing. Especially when Spindler went to Nebraska, he came in and told us that was what he was hearing and then it happened.

Haha.  ZYN does bball too?  He broke several fball recruiting stories this year.  He has proven himself as legit and is worth following.

Yeah, this account has been good with FB recruiting, but I didn't understand what predicting Rich Rod to UWV would have to do with IU basketball or why anyone would have thought that post was in anyway related to Stevens/IUBB etc.

So because Connie Chung has "no standards" that means what Knight said was okay?

I don't mind a hard @$$ coach if it gets results from players-yelling at them at practice or in a game or making them sit on the bench when they screw up, etc...RMK was a basketball savant no question ; however there's absolutely no way you can clean up a misogynistic comment like that-I don't care if he was serious or not; it's still just wrong for a ton of reasons

sorry must be the girl dad in me...

Of course Knight's comment was wrong.  I think he said it because he thought it was funny  He was from the generation that thought people would know he wasn't advocating sexual assault, but making a stupid joke.  Looking back from modern times,  I understand the outrage with what he said.  But I still dislike Connie Chung, I just had to throw that in there.

Behavioral Science says the public silence from Brad Stevens and IU administrators that there is a high probability that the next IU men’s basketball coach will be…..him.

I think this silence is a very positive indicator.

Respectfully, the IU administrators and Brad Stevens have no reason to comment on anything currently. There’s been no public update on the search. If they commented on every rumor they’d never get anything done.

hopefully Brad ends up here, but I don’t think there is anything to read from official public radio silence.

I agree with you on the IU Admin.   But I dont see Stevens in the same light.  He clearly knows there is smoke growing around his name at IU just like there was last time.  If he is not interested, then a simple statement saying nothing has changed for me and wish IU well in their coaching search.  Every day that Stevens stays silent on this gives the appearance that he is indeed listening and interested.

No, people started changing their tunes in the multiple circles yesterday. It was strange watching it happen in real time lol
