I am curious what other big fish hire you think we were getting?  Repeating what the other poster said...if you paid attention to UK/UL searches this shouldn't be unexpected or different IMO.  Now if we did get someone big great for Dolson but I don't expect it nor will I be disappointed when it doesn't happen.
