Beebe MVP. Lots of work to do. Defense struggled. Secondary was what I was most concerned about this year and that was shown as a weakness tonight. Without another back, Cig has to go to one of the young guys to give Lee a break. How will we handle the road next week?

Only listened on the radio — how bad did turbo get hurt?

We need one of these young LBs to step up. 14 is not it. And the questions on Zachman coming out of the portal appear pretty valid right now. Rough night from both of them. Tonight should put to rest any Beebe slander. He was in on every offensive down once Turbo went down and he’s all we got.

Found a way to win in a downright strange game. Felt like a NW basketball game. Onward.

Felt like it should have been 17 or 21 to nothing at the half.  But no.

Very weird game.  Lots of concerns just have to hope it gets better.

Turbo’s injury sucks.  Maybe a high ankle sprain.  Need some luck with that.

Unknown yet but posters on X saying looks like high ankle sprain or could be a break. 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, or out for the season.  Nobody knows anything just theorizing. Probably won’t know until Monday I’d guess. Hip drop tackle killed his ankle. Couldn’t put pressure on it walking off and they said his family was seen going into the lockerroom. Again all just hearsay from X though.

Well...that wasn't fun.

Had a feeling that not scoring on the first drive would come back to haunt us. We got the safety on the next play, but 17-0 early in the second half is a much safer lead than 12-0.

Short yardage continues to be a problem for Cignetti teams. Not sure why. Just our weak spot, I guess.

Aidan Chiles has another year left thanks to 5 in 5. For the love of God, I hope NU isn't on our schedule next year or that he doesn't transfer to someone who is.

Not a great game, but I'd like to say Marsh threw some incredible blocks.

On that note, on the last long Beebe run Shazz (I think, I didn’t have the best angle) was absolutely mauling a dude from NW for 20+ yards. Those guys on the outside get after it. No block no rock.
