Buckner jumped in and pulled Woody out of his butt. This hire was another panicked Scott Dolson pulling a late Monday night move that Pam wouldn't say no to. If DeVries doesn't win the hs coaches over in S. Indiana he'll lose the state and you can start the clock.

There is wild WVU fan conspiracy's that IUs wanted him since Atlantis and shortly after This son shut it down for the year and it was like 2 days later Woodson news broke. Son and Dad both knew they would get better pay days at IU 

Atlantis was Nov.  Woodson was Feb.  More like 2 plus months.

Wow, $2M.  Thinking out loud about player comp, with the rev share starting this year, I guess player values will increase something like 1.5-2x from where they were last year?  I’m not sure, just ballparking a rule of thumb.

This. I feel like Woody had the attitude that we were all lucky to have him. WTF did he do before he came to IU to have that attitude? I feel like with both Woody and Miller, there were red flags all over that were missed prior to hiring that should've been caught in the interview, but I digress.

With DD, it feels like a very good match. He's grateful to be at IU, and IU is grateful to have a coach of his caliber.

Freeman is really good, don't know if he's worth in todays market. His injury killed Iowa.

Maybe he’ll win them over? I know a shocking thing to say since he decided to have a press conference today instead of being in the gym of a high school basketball team

Yeah, I'm not sure. I have seen projections of us being around $10million all in which I believe is around double this season's.
