It wasn't just Peegs. I don't think it was this site, but there was another IU board where discussions about Crean and potential replacements mysteriously disappeared after he did an interview with one of the mods.

Definitely wasn’t here but Crean was very conscious of what was being said online. Athletic dept. employees have been fired for being active/letting things leak on message boards. They’re 100% patrolled. Mostly by sports information dept. people.

He actually was active on Twitter in the early days doing some of the Adam Howard type content.   Highlighting success of alumni and demonstrating the Family of MSU and such.

Edey has played about the same number of minutes as our five starters. 

Compared to our five starters? He has more fouls, double the turnovers, and far fewer threes.

One other distinct difference; like Ballo, Reneau, Mgbako, Carlyle, and Rice, Edey started the season in his team's starting lineup. Unlike those five, Edey is no longer in the starting lineup. I think Edey will be a useful pro, but he’s got a ways to go.

Coach Cig is big man on campus now. Woodson can’t be happy about that.. But when one guy prioritizes winning and the other prioritizes wine and cigars, that’s what happens.

He’ll really be pissed if his billionaire buddies start writing those checks for Coach Cig instead… Coach Cig is closer to a national title in year 1 with limited NIL than Woodson is in year 4 with endless NIL.. They’ll start realizing who the better investment is very soon.
