I still think he gets fired unless he either wins the B1G or makes it to the sweet 16 or elite 8 - neither of which is probably gonna happen.

Top 4-5 in Big Ten and 2nd round loss is probably borderline. I would guess he stays but that's a tough call. Agree that sweet 16 and competing for Big Ten he will be back, and 1st round blowout he will be fired.

Seems like it'd be smart to try and keep what talent they did have so they only need 6-7 portal players instead of an entire roster.

lol I was there as an undergrad and a graduate student .... it's the same type of people with the same type of goals.  Bring in the money. Don't rock the boat and don't take chances. Hire people only like themselves.

Yeah, there are a few faces that maybe changed but that culture has not.  Dolson still there.  Quinn still there.  I bet if you asked Crean he wouldn't agree with your framing.

Their current coach was a teammate of mine when I played for Henryville. We had a good team for 1A school.

I suited up for Henryville.... but it was 7th grade .. scored 1 point that season!
