Right? they’d list underage consumption or public intoxication if alcohol was involved, you’d think. Wait for the police report—that’ll clear up a lot of whether it’s “run it off” or “holy mother****ing hell.” Also, look to see if the “resisting” charge is with or without violence. A “resisting without violence” misdemeanor can be as simple as arguing for 30 seconds instead of immediately complying when an officer gives commands. I've must have missed it or already forgotten about it. I do know we had 5 suspended for a NW game in Chicago.
