Not to copy UPS but this is a free message board lol take it ALL with a grain of salt. However, I have a hard time believing that he's out getting hammered at the bar all the time and yet nobody seems to have any proof aside from "word on the street". It's 2025 folks, camera phones have been out for awhile and they're easy to use. What the hell do I know though? We're gonna hire Mark Turgeon regardless

Most fans have no idea what happened with Beard and fewer are as sanctimonious as you think. 
Almost nobody not on a message board has any idea about the beard situation. Many I know would be thrilled with him.

I'd like to know as well how these posters have first hand knowledge he is out drinking all the time

First of all, I'd be really surprised if it's Beard... it turns out to be so, the media will be talking about his past and his ongoing alcohol abuse non-stop... so regardless of how informed the fanbase is, the news, the story, the information will be plastered everywhere...

It's one thing when the coach of Texas has strong DV allegations and even loses his job over it... but it's quite another when it's the coach at your school.

Other Ole Miss insiders, their Rabbys or Trevors or Bozich discuss this on boards. I’m sure if you search you find it hidden away somewhere on their boards. Fans don’t care in Oxford/possibly like it. PLUS the coach at IU could wear a full on burka and he’d be recognized by his gait. Ole Miss fans may not know they have a basketball team. 
 

You can also think of it like this, why in this day of cell phones and cameras don’t we get images of our players at parties and drinking?

Maybe because no one gives a rat's azz about college kids pounding beers.

And if all the Ole Miss "insiders" that have the Beard drinking stats are as well informed as the IU ones, well I guess I know what that's worth.
