This site is pretty reputable on coaching stuff if not known by all.

I like the idea of Schwartz at IU but not worried by DePaul. If he goes there, it’s not going to be hard to pry him from there.

Surprising.  Didn't they offer Cal a contract similar to what we offered Stevens?  But they have no NIL money.  Weird.

It was something like $50 mill/5 year contract until UK gave him his lifetime contract

Calipari played UCLA like a fiddle. So did Rick Barnes. And Jamie Dixon…

Sucks for Indiana State that Schertz will not be there long term.  And Indiana State will go backwards to its form.
Some guys are just winners and he is taking Indiana State from where it was to where it is and where it’s going until he gets a bigger job.  Plus he’s got some intriguing recruits and they are good coming in (Schertz is a coach that knows what he wants and creates a great team image…now you know it’s Indiana State)

Porter seems odd in this list.  He seems to be getting things rolling now

Yeah other than going back to Chicago, that's a massive step back in every way. Fingers tightly crossed for Will Wade still.

Would be interesting to see how Will Wade would succeed at a place that doesn't spend any money

DePaul can (and likely will) do a lot worse than Will Wade. That dude can flat out coach.

Wait, I thought that Will Wade was Deadpool. I definitely wouldn't want to coach against Deadpool.

I don't understand why it fired up anyhow. Woodson isn't getting fired and he won't quit. It's all moot

How do you know he won't quit. Are you buddies with quinn?

Again, it's going to take a lot of money.  Money IU likely won't want to spend.  I believe his buyout drops considerably after next season.  He'll be fired after year 4.  All we can do is sit back and wait.

I believe you are right. I get the feeling IU does not want to buy out another coach this year. I've noticed that anyone who is speaking badly publically (Evans, Gregg Doyal) has gotten calls from IU. They want it toned down this year and will fire him next season when the buyout is much cheaper.
