He’s using his fun money to keep Archie away from Assembly Hall. I bet he had some wild sex last night LOL This is NOT a comment aimed at you. But it amazes me how easy it is to find money for things like this and how hard it is to find money for the difficult problems we face as a society. Once again, not a negative aimed at you. rcbowla Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Just watched that presser. I'm not trying to add to the frenzy but yeah...... That was as far from a denial as you get without saying you're taking the job. Still don't believe it happens but that was something.Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk ALASKA HOOSIER and coonhounds 2

I think it's his character, he isn't the type to just leave Boston in a lurch without them having things aligned for the C's T White 1

IUrocker Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Dangit, Brad. After seeing that clip, how about you just come on home now so we can all give you a big ‘ol hug and say welcome back home...someone else can finish the NBA season for you. They can get over it. You’ll have plenty of love and praise here to make you not care one bit about the Boston fans who give you heck. T White, tortex28 and SteelerHoosier 2 1

Seemed like he couldn’t think straight. I’m probably just looking into things but I’m excited as a kid at Christmas!! A familiar face. after watching the presser I agree 100%, he’s definitely entertaining this time around. I’ve watched/listened to a few clips today of Brad doing interviews and they’ve been a little different each time. The decision is wearing on him. Keep pushing SD! woodenshoemanHoosierfan Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 The problem with Bieleins age is that if he really is only here for 5-6 years, that’s only a few recruiting classes he would even see reach their senior year. Recruiting could drop off after a few years if that’s the case. And I can see that argument. It's the I'd rather have an up and Comer who we are hoping wins over Bielien argument. We could get another Archie. I'd rather win with Bielien than take a chance. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk T White and jonz44 2

I get that age is a big factor but not even 4 years ago he was getting talked about as one of the best coaches in the game at that time especially offensively. Hamilton for FSU just signed an 4 extension and he is 72. IU needs a person that can change the culture and get it back on track to be a winning program. While not ideal for some people on here I will just point out the following The last 2 years he coached in college he went 1. 33-8 (13-5) and lost in the national title game 2. 30-7 (15-5) and lost in the sweet 16 iu has had 1 30 win season in the last 27 years. (92-93). of course he isn’t the long term answer but he just might change culture enough in his short years to make it more attractive for the next guy and he is such an excellent coach in my opinion he could win big. A great coach failing at something like he did in the NBA would make me think he would bust it at wherever he is at to prove how good of coach he is I don’t really understand the dislike for Beilein on here. He is not my top pick - I mean what girl doesn’t want Brad Stevens and Will Sheehey on the sidelines but he could/would win big here real quick. His Michigan players loved him and I think he would be here several years and could completely change the culture. We all have our own opinions but I think we could do far worse with some of the other names I have seen on here than Beilein. Just let me keep dreaming about Stevens and Sheehey :) woodenshoemanHoosierfan, Uspshoosier, cthomas and 1 other 4
