IMO it's unethical to accept a coaching job and then bolt after one year.  Another reason I believe May had no interest here last year.

Will Wade and unethical are the perfect marriage, so I guess the move is a good fit.

Kim Mulkey wouldn't be anyone's example of ethical. 

They have quite the lineup with those 3 and Jay Johnson, though, Johnson dwarfs them in accomplishments.

I don't disagree with our friend DD. But at least Wade spent a year at N.C. State. DD spent one week at West Virginia before bailing. LOL.
