But I agree, something is off, he is missing way too many passes, throwing everything high or behind his receivers. Like I said, I am reading between the lines, Cig might just be keeping all his options open, wanted USC to have to prepare for both QBs? He should be able to run, but that yard line is a great tackler. Golfman25, AZ Hoosier, Hoosierfan2017 and 5 others 8 Quote

Clearly Grant can play, and this should give him plenty of confidence. If #1 is not hurt, WTH is wrong with him? Who's in he head? I think the pressure of following Mendoza is getting to him. It’s unfair, but everything he does will be compared to Mendoza. Add in an injury, new system and new coaching, it’s just not working out. He needs to get healthy and then work with the coaches to let Josh be Josh. Don’t force a square peg into a round hole. RoadRage, cthomas and OliviaPope40 3 Quote
Popular Post LamarCheeks Posted yesterday at 12:17 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 12:17 AM What do you do when you play like absolute garbage, yet win to stay alive in the CFP picture. When you improve to 35-3 in Cignetti's two-plus seasons? When your defense rescues absolutely deplorable performances by the offense and special teams? When you've won three of your past four though could easily have lost all four? You sing LIHoosier, OliviaPope40, skhoosier2 and 9 others 8 4 Quote

And like it or not, somebody has to follow Mendoza, so get out of your head and figure it out. Quote

Wilson is a serviceable game manager. Big Ten Championship depends on who we play. I don’t think we have the QB on roster to win the CFP. Hoover can’t string more than 2 or 3 good throws together. And he consistently calls the one play on RPO he can’t read the defenses. USC beating OSU 14-6 in the second quarter. USC looks scary on offense. JMHO Quote

Hoosierfan2017 Posted yesterday at 12:30 AM Posted yesterday at 12:30 AM Hoover has looked bad all season. He was making the same mistakes against the cupcakes. It just didn’t matter because they stunk. I’m sure whatever ‘injury’ he has isn’t helping things, but even a healthy Hoover is mediocre. Roll with Wilson and see what happens. Hoover isn’t making any of those downfield throws Wilson made today. KingPG21, Jeff Flabjohns and Mopladysman 3 Quote

Their deal with ND was that they’d always come in early-ish October to avoid the cold weather, and ND could come late for the warm weather. It’s been warm here, but i’d love to get them on a crisp 40 degree night against Haines defense. FWHoosier84 1 Quote
