I have it on pretty good authority there’s no love lost between Mgbako and Woodson which I do think affected his effort especially toward the end of the year. I’m sure he sees A) a big bag, knowing college deals may be as good as it gets for him B) sees himself in a star role on a relatively long leash with a new coach in P5. I figure Bucky is happy to take a lotto ticket on Mgbako in year 1. I think he will do better at his next stop like Gunn, Bates and Banks. Some of those guys were thought to have attitude / motor / selfish problems but have done just fine for themselves. Not saying he will be a world beater by any means for the record. str8baller, go iu bb, Jeff Flabjohns and 4 others 7 Quote

Bucky plays elaborate defenses and I think this is just odd. Mgbako, played on an incredibly talented aau team and had God given shooting chops, but he was not a very intelligent young man and had never been coached. Honestly, N. Florida would've been perfect. They were 353rd I think in team defense and got up a crazy amount of 3s. He could add 25ppg there. Quote

I've felt like a Sherron would be a tremendous add to the staff and Singleton would be a great player to develop over the next 4 years. I know it's not likely, but imagine if he landed Singleton, Sisley and Mullins in his first year? Rico and thebigweave 2 Quote

I stand by... "hes not a 3" though. I think with his frame he plays college basketball at like 6'8 220-230 I think you're about right. I'm sure the year at Montverde helped him physically. Oddly, he went there to get wing reps and they had to play him predominantly at the 5. He can defend mumtiple positions. I think he's a great connector player, in the way that OG is. I'm not saying for a second he's OG Anunoby but that's how I see him impacting games at a similar size. J34, lillurk, CSP and 2 others 5 Quote

Woodson's complete lack of any perimeter schemes killed his play here, the guy's a good player, he'll do well. Juwan Moye, Paye32, jonz44 and 12 others 15 Quote
