Yes, I haven't been a fan of how vague Trilly has become.

I will say that it wouldn't surprise me from that tweet, though, if he is referencing Sean Miller.

Pre-game activities will be great but hoping not the highlight of my day in Bloomington.  Haven't decided whether or not to stay for Senior Day activities yet.  Go Hoosiers!!!!

Since we have time for a Rick Majerus story:

My dad was a student at Ball State when Majerus was the coach there. He and his buddies would run into Majerus all the time at Tony's Locker Room (local bar). Majerus would call them by name, tell stories, and often foot their bill.

The best part: every time Rick went to Tony's, he would order not one, not two, but three orders of full-sized nachos. All for himself. And would absolutely demolish them.

Woody had the money to successfully retain players and even land a 5 star almost every year. He just stinks at actual coaching.  
 

IU, like always, had awful timing. I think in a couple years this will become obvious. It’s up to Dolson to sell it now. But it should be the crux of the pitch to guys like Stevens, Donovan, Bennett, etc… Essentially, you get all the good things about coaching college—including the money—but we’ll give you a solid month off in July where you don’t have to do jack. The recruiting coordinator or whatever can take control because you’ve already set your team through the portal. 
 

With IU’s luck we’ll get some schlub and this will become obvious next year and UNC or somebody will nail it.

Does anyone have any insight as to why TJ O's 2021 UNLV was such a clunker of a season? Everything looks great... records, improvement in efficiency ratings over time, etc.... other than that year

Putting aside the whole basketball savant part, dude was the best guy I’ve ever met in the game.

Recruiting. I think the theory here is you wouldn't have to recruit "as much" with NIL because you'll have an offer on the table that is either acceptable or not and move on if not. So you don't have to keep recruiting certain guys as much? This notion that the NBA is much easier is a bit odd to me. The travel and the length of the season is pretty difficult. Seems to be a lot more older coaches in college than then NBA. With some success, job security is a lot better than the NBA. NBA coaches regularly get fired after one season.

Oh my! You're in for a treat!  Everything on the menu is good and pairs well with my favorite BBC brew Quarrymen Pale Ale. Brick pizza oven turns out great pizzas (thin or original crust), flatbreads and strombollis (really calzones). 

Since the 10th Street location days I've regularly ordered a thin crust, pesto sauce, hot italian sausage, button mushrooms, artichoke hearts and spinach pizza or same ingredients in a strom.

I know, take it to the culinary board.   ENJOY!

Recruiting is such a grind, especially in season.  Coaches will fly in from a road game and then drive to go watch recruits at multiple schools play games the next day, all while working to keep the current team on track.
