He’s gone in a month too regardless. Agreed let Ballo spend his million in Bloomington helping the local economy before heads out of town. Hoosierfanyuh and Hoosierfan2017 2

At that time, Tamar Bates hadn't won an SEC game. That tweet was made right after Mizzou had lost to Vanderbilt and was 0-9 in the SEC(Mizzou was 0-18 in conference play). Bates first SEC game was January 6th, 2024. Finally got an SEC win January 27th, 2025. He and Mizzou were 0-20 going into that game. The most recent tweet made after beating Alabama. I just see zero reason to dig back a year for the post from Dakich. Nor do I, but it makes him no less of an old immature d**chebag. Just a shitty person that found a good paying gig playing to his strength.

I think dusty may is the most unlikely to happen imo. I put stevens well ahead of dusty chances of coming here. The only reason to wait a year would be to hire brad Steven's. That makes perfect sense to me. Waiting a year to hire may makes absolutely zero sense. When you think about this reasonably the most logical hire has to be brad Steven's! Dolson had his guy since last year! Sent from my SM-S926U using Tapatalk A stretch to think it happened that way, but it is funny to think about, especially if the rumors about the way Woody treated Dolson are true. When Woody said he would be the coach until he decided he wasn't, Dolson was sitting there, stone faced, thinking, You fool, you're a dead man walking :D
ziggyiu Posted February 20, 2025 Posted February 20, 2025 Years ago I would have been in favor of Tony, but his style is much less attractive to high-end talent and he had so many really bad flame outs in the tournament toward the end. lillurk and jonz44 2

Brad assembled an NBA title winner that plays some of the most efficient basketball ever played in the history of the sport… and he was gonna be flummoxed by the college game? Lol. You generally just have really “settled in” after a year on a new job. IMO it would be exhausting to think about doing that in back to back years especially when UM and IU are very comparable right now. UM even may have a slight edge. Unless they really want to be in Bloomington I think taking the job at IU only ends up making things more complicated / potentially strained with family JF87, cybergates, Pagoda and 1 other 3 1

Because rich people who apparently don’t actually watch the basketball thought Mike Woodson would be better with a six million dollar roster than he was with the NPOY runner up on his team. Hope I am wrong but it’s hard to see why he’d leave Michigan now. Then again maybe he told his new employer he was planning to bail after one season to go to his alma mater and they needed to make it cheap for him to do so lol Home Jersey and cybergates 2

Not saying he doesn’t have interest in May but the fact that he risk losing him, and it appears he did lose him, tells me he felt he would have better options at the end of this season….
