To be clear, I think it's 99% likely the Goodman Tweet ends the Brad-stakes.

But it is a bit ambiguous. The part about not a candidate is not in quotes, just the stock answer about the Celtics. Is the not a candidate part Goodman paraphrasing something else Stevens said, or is he interpreting the quote to mean Brad's not interested in the job?

Stuff isn’t happening this quickly and this real-time. And people who actually know information aren’t sharing it this hour-by-hour or at all. Use common sense people

Maybe it's just me being a big baby, but it always feels like Goodman takes joy in discrediting IU. The only positive thing he's ever done in relation to IU was in stride with his daughter reporting here. Everything else has been borderline deliberate.

How bad does anyone being reasonable feel for Dolson?  The expectation, not hope is Brad Stevens.  A mythical coach who has only grown stature since he left the college level.  No matter who you pick it ends in disappointment.  I know they read these boards, so whichever poor kid reads this, take a shot for me.

Would be hilarious if Stevens just didn't want to get questions about it during All Star weekend and used Goodman just to turnaround later and confirm Isaac T of all posters as accurate as could be, lol
