Yesterday was first and goal from the 2. Today 2nd and goal from the 2 (not inside info just a joke how every day that passes without a yes makes me nervous )

But wait, there’s a defensive penalty in the backfield!

One day can’t be a whole down!

Just curious, what is Dakich saying about all the Brad talk?

He said you have to call him but nothing about if he would take it

My thing is if all of this stuff is happening with Stevens then why has none of the national media caught wind of it. You would think a Rothstein or Goodman would be all over it.

Exactly, especially with the "politics" side of it. There is no coming back from that as far as getting those fans back on his side. Now people are like, "why is he selling insurance instead of coaching?", "nobody would hire him", blah blah blah. Worked under Izz0 for 10 years and suddenly doesn't know basketball anymore but clowns like Hunter, Rosemond and Walsh do? Right. He is way more respected in the coaching community than anybody on our staff.

The fact Woodson made no coaching changes after last year when most wanted him gone tells me all I need to know. He wants yes men period. And his staff are yes men it seems. They barely beat a minnesota team with six scholarship players last year the night Woodson was out. They won by like 2 points

But isn't fife considered a legend? He went to a championship game. Something Woodson never did. I mean they treat Woodson with kid gloves at iu cause he is a legend we are told Yet fife could be discarded and trashed by rabjohns. I guess there is a double standard.

Woody was Knights favorite player and was B1G player of the and a top 5 scorer all time.
Fife was a hard nose player for IU but probably not legend status.   Head coach is allowed to do  whatever he wants when he is in charge and he decided to get rid of Fife right or wrong

If for whatever reason something happens where we don't sign Brad but sign dusty I would probably respond with a FG post or a TD but missed extra points haha

If one day is a down it'll be a turnover on downs by Tuesday, excluding the weekend.

That would be the IU process that resulted in Mike Woodson.

It's perfectly fine that Fife was let go. It was a bad matchup with Woodson and it was pretty obvious from the start it wasn't going to work out with those 2. But the smear campaign was complete bs. I don't blame it all on Woodson. It was an another assistant that was likely the one feeding Rabjohns the bs for his article. There is one guy on that staff that has no morals.

Mmm… I wonder who all the pro-Woody burners get their info from…

Just listened to Fran Fracilla on the radio and they were talking about McCollum

He said McCollum reminded him of a young John Beilein with how they play and the path they have taken in their coaching career

I had not thought about that but I think it is an outstanding comparison.

I really like Ben McCollum and would advocate for him right behind Brad Stevens and Dusty May. I have watched Drake multiple times. To my untrained eye, they appear to have a negligible edge in talent (or are at an athleticism deficit even) on most nights but are VERY clearly better prepared and better coached. The tempo (bottom of the country...dead last) is a very valid concern but the efficiency and precision of his team makes up for that in my mind. I am confident he would be committed on the recruiting trail and would have MUCH better resources than he's ever had but the question would be: is he capable of landing talented enough players to reach the level IU fans will rightfully demand? I want IU to hire Stevens or May so I hope we don't find out but he'll be at a major school quite soon and we'll see one way or the other.

Woodson can do whatever he wants. But it's hard to feel sorry for him now that the shoe is on the other foot regarding negative articles.

My bet is it's the the same guy who got in a fight with Woody in the locker room
