He didn't have any eligibility left anyway, did he?

I didn't think he did, but he sat out 20-21 and everyone got that year back, so I guess he actually got 2 years to play at Providence?

The extra year for Covid was such a dumb move by the NCAA.

Al was still playing for us in 20-21. Feels like it's been more than two years, but we've only had one season removed from Al Durham running our offense.

Damn, that's right. The last 6 years of failure kind of just run together after awhile.

That would mean he is out of eligibility then.

I think he does. 4 years at IU, grad transfer at Providence. Could have a covid year, I believe. Might also mean, if he pulls his name he may play elsewhere next season.

No, you don't get a free grad transfer year.  He's played 5 years now, with the fifth only being possible due to the Covid year. He's out of eligibility.

Declaring for the draft in comic sans is laugh out loud funny

As well as the 18 or so Durham pics on top of each other. I think he’s just having a bit of fun.  He knows he’s not anywhere near draftable.

Very cool that Al Durham is very hot!

Please excuse the English below...it is a quote.

"...last season in the Hamburg regular league are 14.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4 assists per game in the league with 39% in three-point shooting. In the play-off he will get 24 points, 3 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the two games they will play. The German team will also play the Eurocup with 10.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists with 44% from three points.

Durham, new Gironí player: “My objective is to always improve, even better than the previous season. I will help the companies and make the stands vibrate.”

San Emeterio, sports manager: “He is a player who will help a lot in the base and guard position. He is a player who generates a lot from the pick and roll, capable of attacking the ball a lot and, above all, fundamentally, he is a player in clear progress.”  Per ALJAMI DURHAM IS GIRONÍ - Basquet Girona

I spent a few minutes searching to find out their schedule, competition, and a perspective on this team and it's relationship to European Pro basketball.  Let's suffice it to say...ah...I do not know much about it.  Is it related to a sports campus?    Is it 3 x 3 or what?

Per the Wikipedia link below, the club was founded by Marc Gasol a decade ago, and they play in the top division in Spain.  Sounds like a good opportunity to me.
