CSP Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Which begs the question.... why the F*** didn't these other coaches have more interest/do a better job recruiting older players? Stuhoo, Lebowski and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 1 Quote
Lebowski Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Yeah, that 247 roster link doesn't have Landino's age and I am 100% certain he turned 20 the day of the Peach Bowl game. So when the accusation occurred he was 19. I think the roster's avg age is closer to high 20 or low 21 if I had to guess. This is based on the amount of SO and FR on the roster. By my count there are 29 FR, 12 R-FR, 5 SO and 8 R-SO totaling 54 players on the roster. Then take the following assumption: FR AVG AGE: 19 * COUNT CLASS: 29 = 551 Total Years R-FR AVG AGE: 20 * COUNT CLASS: 12 = 240 Total Years SO AVG AGE: 20 * COUNT CLASS: 5 = 100 Total Years R-SO AVG AGE: 21 * COUNT CLASS: 29 = 168 Total Years Divide YEAR TOTAL AMT: 1059 by 54 players = The AVG AGE of 54 Players on a roster totaling 101 players is 19.61. And I know for certain R-FR Ajani is 19 so that means even this average is too high. If my math is wrong please correct me. I'm not claiming to be a wizard at this poop. Quote

AZ Hoosier Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Just pass these out and tell them to STFU. Carson Beck is in his 6th season. The Ole Miss QB lost his appeal for a 6th season, and is now suing to get year 6. Arkansas has a 30 WR, Monte Harrison. Miami had a 9th year senior, Cam McCormick, TE, whose last season was 2024. I'm positive that there are many others across the P4 landscape. Lebowski 1 Quote

AKHoosier Posted January 12 Posted January 12 No one will ever be able to take the joy out of following the constantly evolving narratives over the course of the 2025 season. They haven't beaten anyone! The Big Ten is weak! It's a down year in college football! They're just running up the score in garbage time! They're so old they shouldn't even be playing against college kids! They're cheating! No, they would get destroyed by the 2019 LSU team! People just simply cannot comprehend IU is a great college football team. southsidehoosier, skhoosier2, jermhoosierfan and 2 others 5 Quote
