They “Retired” Coach Woodson Thread

Hopefully this is the nail in the coffin. Holding out hope the team would play better to make it to the end of the season, but just like what happens when any team that plays hard against, IU wilts pathetically.

When Northwestern has a sign on TV saying, "Extend Woodson, 0-5", you know that a change might be needed, and especially when a barrage of 3 get rained down.

There are a multitude of CBB coaches with known names and very unknown names... all of whom could produce much better results here than Woodson. He should not have the ability to finish the season, but I expect he will if we don't get a 5pm Friday bomb or early Sunday morning. I hope it is his last season here because I cannot do another year of this insanity with him.

I was wrong at half I thought the king could actually pull off a neutral court win vs a 2-5 team. The king is back baby

You have to hope that it's such a laughing stock they're forced to make a change. 

A man with any sense of shame would take the opportunity to retire and gracefully step away. 

It does make me question his "obvious" love for IU when he just so clearly is not able to get results nor putting in a commensurate amount of work/effort. It's the same mistakes every time. Same lack of preparation. It's old. Hard to watch.

I’m totally sure he will not be coaching against Maryland.
