rcbowla Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 Don't F*** on Dolson Yet! He has one chance to hire a BB coach to fix this mess! I think the admin did a good job on the FB coach hire. Let's let Dolson get his own BB hire in place and see where we go?!This is his hireSent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
rcbowla Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 I think it is time for the fans who are done with Woodson to make their voices heard. Not just on message boards and social media but to the actual decision makers. Like my Political Science Professor said, if you don't vote then you have no right to complain about what is happening. So get out their and join me in emailing the administration and let your voice he heard. I haven't emailed Dolson since the PSU game and probably won't until the season ends. You've come a long way ScottSent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk thebigweave 1
Hornsby Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 I didn't watch but the program is in such disarray that a home loss to Northwestern is not only unsurprising but expected.I only saw the last sx minutes so I almost got to see us get over the hump. We have probably one of the worst backcourt rotations among power conference teams. It’s horrible. And that, just like in-game coaching, falls on Mike Woodson. If I’m a donor with the kind of money to buyout Woodson, not sure I’m signing that check until I get some reassurance leadership at the top is in place. A blank check will help, but so will a landslide of emails to both Dolson and the BoT.

We have probably one of the worst backcourt rotations among power conference teams. It’s horrible. And that, just like in-game coaching, falls on Mike Woodson. Ware, Reneau, Mbagko and to an extent Galloway equates to talent. It is definitely front court heavy but it's talent. I'd also argue guys like Gunn, Banks and Cupps would be better in different schemes or under different coaches. CMW is just a failure in evaluating a roster and scheme. He was a good player and apparently a good interior recruiter (probably not him) but can't coach himself out of a Spiderman sleeping bag. As much as people talk trash our assistants have done much more than our HC. At least they gave him "some talent". Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk BleedCubbieBlue and WayneFleekHoosier 2

IUFAN1976 Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 I say to the administration, grow a pair and do what OSU did to Holman and fire Mike Woodson now! Maybe it will be addition by subtraction

He’s nowhere near good enough to be a34 mpg guy like he is on this team. Mgbako is a bad defender, bad athlete, and is shooting 38% from the field. Had he stayed at Duke, he probably wouldn’t even be in their rotation. I don’t think any of Cupps, Gunn, or Banks have demonstrated anything to suggest they’d be contributors this year under a better coach. This team would be a bubble team even with a good coach. They just don’t have the horses. Adillac 1
