Mr. Hoosier Pride Posted January 23, 2025 Posted January 23, 2025 1 It is true that he along with May, Ferguson, and maybe some others own a lot of rental properties and have since the mid-80s. 2 Mike Woodson has never stepped foot in any of these properties unless it was to collect a check. They have a property management company that does everything for them. I'm in sales and was meeting with a business owner who told me he met Mike in his office about work he was doing for him. Could just be a guy talking to feel big. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Anytime you see managed by CFC Properties that is him and the guys I mentioned. Now he and Terri own an apartment building by the mall by themselves called Woodwind Terrace. It is old and rundown. Looks like old people live there. They might be trying to fix it up. But who knows? AZ Hoosier, Home Jersey and thebigweave 3

I’d assume that a person with that many followers and what not, wouldn’t claim that IU’s white whale will be coming home and not risk the backlash. I did not know this… makes it MUCH harder for me to believe this entire 4 year situation has not been entirely a scam to transfer undeserved wealth to Woodson and enrich his friends along the way at the expense of the IU men’s basketball program. I’m sure they feel it’s owed to them though… they hung those dusty banners and put up with Coach Knight all those years after all… in 2025, basketball and IU are secondary/after thoughts for the head coach. str8baller, Hoosierfan2017, AZ Hoosier and 6 others 9

In absolutely no way was hiring a 63 year old semi-retired Mike Woodson in the best interest of the IU basketball program. It was an atrocious decision then and hasn’t gotten any better four years later. I at least thought he’d be motivated to work hard at the job because he was an “IU guy,” but he’s shown he couldn’t care less. I reallyyy hope we only have two more months of this crap. tkbbn, Home Jersey and Kentuckysucks 3

(Residential and commercial) I ask because I've heard stories recently that made it sound like he's actively managing those properties... as in doing business at Cook concerning those properties... 1) Can anyone confirm? 2) Does this bother anyone other than me? Don't know what it's like now, but back then -- were pretty nice apartments. Fun place to live.
