This season of Indiana University Men's Basketball is a grift. 

I believe you can thank Quinn Buckner and Mike Woodson himself for this wasted season. 

Watching Woodson basketball is like death by 1000 paper cuts. 

It's like being flayed alive. It's like being on a medieval stretching torture rack.

You get the idea...

Sometimes I wonder if their plan all along was to try and get the diehard fans to finally just call it quits. They're tired of people complaining and holding them accountable, and this was their solution to just make those fans go away for good. We're seeing the impact with more and more empty seats appearing at home games. Apathy is reaching all time highs. Maybe they want the older crowd to just disappear and be replaced by younger fans whose only memories of IU basketball are hoping like hell to make the tournament. Then they'll have an easier, more relaxing job of IU being a nobody in men's basketball but still getting to brag about the banners.

I know there is like a .0001% chance Woodson is going to make it alive if the season continues the way it’s headed but could you imagine if this team misses the tourney or barely makes it in and he’s back again…. I truly don’t think I would watch a game next season. On top of the that. I have 0 interest going to a basketball game this year.

Luke Goode hit a 3-pointer to cut it to 68-67 with 6:51 remaining. The Huskers went on a 17-1 run to close out the game.

IU shot 35 three pointers, hitting 8 (22.9%). Nebraska went 8-14 (57.1%). 
 

if you think tonight was bad, just wait until we play the better 3-point shooting teams from the Big 10. Gonna get REALLY ugly.

Didn’t watch. Office Christmas party. I did read that we scored 1 point over the last several minutes. 
No excuse to lose this game. No excuse for this staff and team.
 

BTW. I do show up here when they lose and take being called out. Funny how most of the posters were on this thread were absent from the conversation after the positive performance v Minnesota.
