Right? they’d list underage consumption or public intoxication if alcohol was involved, you’d think. A “resisting without violence” misdemeanor can be as simple as arguing for 30 seconds instead of immediately complying when an officer gives commands. Otherwise …uggghh. 18 year olds can kinda suck.
