The interesting part is that almost all of the available homes over $1mm all have different listing agents. the coach might have an nda with the buyers agent but would likely need to buy the home in some sort of LLC or Trust of some kind to keep the buyer’s info private. 8bucks 1

All kind of silly as it would likely get shielded in a trust or something anyway.
