Woody and Davis beat Purdue pretty good.  The fan base only got more divided.

Yes, that’s a big reason why I think well we’ll be competitive now in recruiting. A lot of schools were already paying, now we get to legally!

Woody was only 4-4 against Purdue but when a coach goes 0-7 before that 4-4 looks fantastic

Honestly, the grinder part is a fair worry to have with a guy who has been away from college coaching for over a decade. It's also a fair worry to have with an older coach like Few, especially after seeing that to an extreme in Woody. 

Obviously, you get Stevens if you can, but those people who think that hiring Stevens comes w/o any worry have blinders on. It's fair to point out possible issues with ANY coach...
