Page counts vary because you can change how many posts show up per page in account settings.

I looked through my setting everywhere I can think to look and didn't see this as a setting anywhere?  Maybe bc you're a mod?

It's sounds like it's time to bring in the closer...

Yeah bringing in that clown will do wonders. He is probably I mourning anyway since his boy won't be back.

Looks like you're right. Sorry about that. Pays to be king!

To clarify one thing on my end, I don’t think people are just making up rumors. At least not on here. I feel like pushback against “inside information” is often seen as an attack on the people posting it. I don’t think folks are coming onto btownbanners and posting fan fiction. I think they’re told things by people they know, and then they let us in on that information. Sometimes people get bad info. Other times good info becomes bad info because life happens and circumstances change. We’ll see how this all shakes out.

I goes from we reached out to a certain coach to Billy Donovan is looking at horse farms in Bloomington within about 2-3 people.

I would think (and I could be wayyy off base) that Brad Stevens said to Scott here is my list of things I want done if you want me to accept: 1. Beef up the non conference schedule 2. Talk to AAU coaches that bridges have been burned 3. Give me the GM I want and any assistant GM’s I want to bring on. I’m sure more things will come down the pipeline as the days go on and it will all lead to things Brad required. If he doesn’t accept then it’s ok because those things needed fixed anyways.

If you synthesize a few pieces of the info you can imagine that part of the point of the two weeks is negotiating, not simply “take this time to decide.”

So you tell your candidate we’ll do ANYTHING, stay in touch, but then you ALSO start doing the things he’s already mentioned:

1. In-region neutral site game vs. a good program: United Center vs. Marquette

2. Another high major home game: maybe that’s the Kansas State rumor? Haven’t seen anything about game site.

3. He says HS recruiting will be important, so you tell the regional AAU programs (and maybe HS coaches) that whoever’s next will want to rebuild the deteriorated relationships.

4. Maybe he has ideas about program admin structure, so you say we’ll hire a GM, let me go raise $ for the job. He wants some additional non-coaching staffers, yes, we have the money for that.

etc.
