Because the IU administration is filled with self-righteous do-gooders who care about looking self righteous instead of being an elite basketball program. What they fail to realize is no one cares and the broader collegiate basketball world sees the program as a joke.

It is interesting. Villanova opens and it's immediately rumored that Collins leads for the job and that there is mutual interest. Crickets about the IU opening except for guessing. No mentions of mutual interest with anyone..

Im all aboard the Wade train.  Was the NCAA poster boy for getting caught doing what everyone else was already doing and its all free game now.  If its not someone like Brad or Bruce i think Wade is the best option, young, knows how to work the NIL, and has been successful, i think hed kill it here.

Clearly we just need some posters to start talking in absolutes about our new coach. That will draw the attention of outsiders, who will start talking about it, and our fans will then see them talking about it and assume they heard it someplace else.
