Yeah to be fair as frustrating as that first 7 minutes was that road effort beats probably Northwestern and Purdue maybe Maryland. Hope we can bring it again. The ball security was great.

Yep we have played to National championship caliber teams on the road so far this year. I personally saw more fight this time around then at Duke. Learn from it and move on to the next. Should have a chance to get a win at home against them

Especially if Rob and Davis are back.

I'm guessing the end result wouldn't have been much different, but I would've loved to see what would have happened if, down 57-50, we got a stop. Instead, the dude hits that little running hook in the lane and the maize and blue just took off after that.

Momentum killer 15:40 to go down 9, Morgan fouls iggy on a 3 he missed. He hits all 3. Next play down Morgan’s layup spins around rim and out

Yep I think Greens missed FT that could have cut it to 8 had a similar effect.

I thought Justin had a solid game overall.  Frankly, I think he's played within himself the last two or three times out and I've felt it was a sign of improvement.  Daddy Smith needs to realize that Justin isn't a reliable scoring threat yet (go back and read some game threads where he was taking it to the hole and coming up short more often than not).

As many have said. Just missing a shooter. Romeo and Juwan run the pick and pop. Juwan shoots a 3 from top of the key. McRoberts is the man in the corner his guy rotates to Morgan. Instead of Morgan shooting a good shot up top if there was a knock down shooter in the corner Morgan could swing for a great shot

0 TOs, 4-9 from the field. Looks like he crushed the under. Played a solid game where he didn’t try to do too much.

Yes he did.  I saw only 2 bad shots, which is a big improvement for him.  He continues to avoid giving possessions away, he's a much better player.  Yesterday's performance and result had little to do with him.

Pretty much this. Needs to work on his ball handling and outside shot this offseason and should be an important cog in the team next year.

Last thing. Brandon Johns hasn’t done anything all year in all the games I’ve watched. Had a meeting with Beilein before game probably over his role and has a breakout game with Livers sitting out. I blame Wayne for this outing. If you remember you called him Archie’s first miss. Johns was just trying to prove you right

Yesterday's performance had A LOT to do with Juwan and Romeo each picking up two fouls in the first four minutes.

That is not an excuse or rationalization; that is on Juwan and Romeo. Especially on Juwan, as early game foul trouble seems to be a pattern with him.

Yeah that was certainly a killer. Morgan has to be smarter there on the foul.
